Come join me to practice and explore how yoga can improve your mind, body and well-being.  

My aim as a teacher is to make my classes accessible, joyful and uplifting for ALL my students. I want everyone to leave my classes feeling better, feeling life's possibilities and feeling freer. I'm passionate about sharing my love of the practice and as I grow towards my 50s, I blend flow with slower restorative and yin teachings, focusing on cultivating strength, integrity and balance, always using the power of breath.
